Josh Gemmell signs first deal with the Ton

Greenock Morton can today confirm that Josh Gemmell has signed his first deal with the club until the Summer of 2023.

The U18 academy graduate makes the step up to senior football and will join Lowland League side Open Goal Broomhill FC on loan for the season ahead. Morton will hold the option to recall the striker in January.

Josh now becomes the third player from this crop of academy graduates to sign for the club, after Alexander King and Lewis McGregor.
