Cammy Ballantyne signs contract extension

Greenock Morton are delighted to announce that Cammy Ballantyne has signed a contract extension until the end of the 2026/27 season.

First joining the Ton in 2024 on a two-year deal, Cammy has gone on to make over 60 appearances in his time at the club, also picking up the 2024/25 Player of the Year award.

Cammy becomes the first player to sign on ahead of the 2026/27 season and we look forward to seeing him out on the pitch at Cappielow again!

On extending his stay at the club, Cammy said, “I’m buzzing to get it done. It was a bit of a no-brainer for me with the new manager coming in through the season. I’ve really enjoyed working under him, and I’ve enjoyed my time at Morton as well as the reception I’ve received from the fans.”
