SUSPENSION UPDATE: Harkins to miss two matches

Gary Harkins will miss both Saturday’s Betfred Cup tie against Edinburgh City and the opening Ladbrokes Championship fixture at Dumbarton through suspension.

The midfielder has received a two-game ban for his straight red card against Motherwell, incurring a one-match immediate and one-match immediate in the Betfred Cup for what was deemed serious foul play.

Meanwhile, player/under-20s coach Darren Barr will also be absent for the trip to his former club on Saturday 5 August due to an oustanding, one-match suspension from his time with the Sons.
