Rory keen to rekindle Raith Rovers relationship

Recent recruit Rory McKeown says as soon as Ray McKinnon and Darren Taylor got in touch to invite him up to sign for Morton he had no doubts about rekindling their association from his days at Raith Rovers.

The Belfast-born defender throuroughly enjoyed his time playing under the Ton management team at Stark’s Park and admitted it was what enticed him to leave his home in Liverpool to come back north of the border.

Affable left-back McKeown also talks winding up goalkeeper Derek Gaston about scoring against him in his Raith days, understanding the Scottish accent, and reveals how to pronounce his surname.
