Raith Rovers and Ayr United Incidents

Greenock Morton Football Club have been extremely grateful for all the information and evidence provided in relation to the two incidents that took place Away at Raith Rovers and Home to Ayr United this season.

Following on from our investigations, we have now identified those involved with one individual involved in the Raith Rovers incident being banned from Cappielow Park for up to 18 months.

Following an incident of racial abuse in the home game against Ayr United we can also confirm that two individuals have been given life-time bans from Cappielow Park.

Racism has no place in football, or wider society. As a club, we condemn all forms of racism, and any racist behaviour will not be tolerated.
