Michael: Special to reach 200 games for Morton
Proud playmaker Michael Tidser says it was a special achievement to make his 200th appearance for the club in last Saturday’s 1-0 win over Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
The modest midfielder did not want to discuss the potential to make his double century prior to the match and didn’t even mention to his family in case he didn’t start, but was thrilled to make the landmark appearance.
Speaking before today’s scheduled fixture against Dumbarton was postponed after a pitch inspection, he also reveals that Gary Harkins offered him the opportunity to mark the occasion with the penalty Ton were awarded.
