Scene Setter

The Ton return from their international break to a game away from home against Arbroath in what will be Morton’s ninth game of the Ladbrokes Championship campaign so far.

Morton will be keeping a close eye on the Dundee match at home to Partick Thistle as a win for the Sinclair Street side could see them head into the playoff positions.

Arbroath saw an exit from the Tunnock’s Caramel Wafer Challenge Cup as they were defeated 2-0 at home to Clyde in their previous match.

The Smokies have saw a relatively comfortable start under boss Dick Campbell in the Ladbrokes Championship and will be hoping to continue this run at home to Morton.

This will be the first time the clubs have met since 2005 and both teams will be hoping to get their first win over each other in the season.
