Greenock Morton are pleased to announce that Jordan Davies has signed a pre-contract agreement with the club.
The Welsh forward, currently contracted to Connah’s Quay Nomads, has put pen to paper on a two-year deal running from June 2024.
Jordan, the current top scorer at Connah’s Quay Nomads and the second top scorer in the Cymru Premier has over 25 goal contributions this season and will be looking to build on that throughout the second half of the season.
The 28-year-old will make the switch north of the border for the first time in his career after building up a wealth of experience across Wales and England, including European experience in the UEFA Champions League and Conference League qualifiers.
We look forward to officially welcoming Jordan to Cappielow Park supported by Dalrada Technology this Summer!
Manager Dougie Imrie shared his delight on today’s announcement adding, “January is an important time for building on what we already have and also planning for the future.
To secure the signature of Jordan on a pre-contract is a real coup for the club, he’s a player with a great goalscoring record and his experience will be an important asset to the squad.
I look forward to the Summer and welcoming Jordan officially as a Greenock Morton player.”
