Second half was our best 45 minutes at home

Manager Jonatan Johansson reckons his Morton team were worth more than their 1-1 draw with Dundee United on Saturday after producing what he felt was their best 45 minutes at Cappielow under his charge.

Arabs defender Frederic Frans headed Robbie Neilson’s side into the lead in the 31st minute, but Ton centre-half Gregor Buchanan secured a point when he nodded into the net in the final quarter hour.

The equaliser came towards the end of a second half dominated by the hosts, and gaffer Johansson was extremely pleased with their performance, if not the actual outcome.
