Ben elated to come out on top in derby tussle

Greenock-born Under-20s ace Ben Eardley was elated to score and help his side come out on top in Sunday’s intense Scottish Youth Cup derby tussle against St Mirren at Cappielow.

The 17-year-old midfielder talks heading home the opener, how he was feeling after a bone-crunching challenge that saw a Saints defender sent off and him later visit hospital for a check up that revealed he had suffered severe bruising.
