We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused to a number of supporters who experienced delays entering the stadium via the terracing turnstiles ahead of Saturday’s fixture against Falkirk.
We recognised there was an issue in real time and club staff responded by attending to the problem in person in order to quickly alleviate the queues.
Since then we have conducted an internal investigation into the reason for this failure, reaching the conclusion that this developed as a result of human error on the day rather than a problem related to the entry method.
I can assure supporters that there will be extensive refresher training conducted with all individuals involved in the process of aiding fan entry to the ground and that this will be fully addressed ahead of our next home game.
