Under-20s draw Turriff in Scottish Youth Cup

Our Under-20s have been handed a home tie against Turriff United in the draw for the third round of the 2017/18 Scottish Youth Cup.

Darren Barr’s teens were paired with the Highland League outfit, against whose senior side our first-team faced off in a pre-season friendly, and the tie is scheduled to be played on or before Sunday 29 October.

The Ton development squad reached the fourth round of the tournament last term, romping to a 10-1 against Banks O’ Dee at Cappielow before losing 3-1 to then-tournament holders Motherwell at the Excelsior Stadium.
