Tidser hopes start has impressed new manager

Midfielder Michael Tidser believes he has had to impress Ray McKinnon as one of the few players the new manager hasn’t brought to the club and hopes to have done so with his positive start to the season.

The 28-year-old has been at the heart of all four Morton goals this term, providing both assists in Saturday’s 2-0 win over Stenhousemuir, teeing up Reghan Tumilty at Partick Thistle, and scoring with a free-kick at Ayr.

Tidser talks life under the new management team, the win against Stenny, playing alongside new team-mates Chris Millar and Jim McAlister, playing at left-back at Partick, and the final group game versus Albion Rovers.
