Tids puts Ross County goal down to confidence

Midfielder Michael Tidser has put Saturday’s stunning equaliser against Ross County down to his confidence being sky high after a fresh start this season.

The 28-year-old found the net with a phenomenal long-range strike to cancel out the Staggies’ opener, and says he currently has a level of conviction that saw him take on the shot rather than make a safe pass.

Tidser also gives his reaction to the 2-1 win, not fully appreciating the quality of his goal at the time, predicting he would score at training the previous day, his good luck charm, and Bob McHugh deserving to score.
