Supporters snap up new kit at successful launch

Morton supporters snapped up our brand new red tartan away kit and met players and manager Jim Duffy at a hugely successful and well-attended launch at Smiths of Greenock yesterday.

Derek Gaston, Lee Kilday, Ricki Lamie, Thomas O’Ware, and Lawrence Shankland were all in attendance and signed autographs and mingled with fans as the strip went on public sale at the event hosted by the West Blackhall Street store.

The popular kit, which the team will wear from the beginning of 2017/18 until the close of the 2018/19 campaign, was designed by Peter Fleming and came out on top of a public ballot ran in conjunction with the Greenock Telegraph.
