The Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) acts as an intermediary between the club and supporters. The individual is there to represent as diverse and wide-ranging set of views as possible, delivering a constructive platform for dialogue and facilitating the improvement of the match day experience for all and to assist in resolving issues if/when they arise.

Appointed in 2021, Steven King is the Supporter Liaison Officer for Greenock Morton FC. “Kingy” lives and breathes Morton and has done since his Dad took him to his first game over 30 years ago. Since coming into the role, Steven has taken on bridging the communications gap between the football and support, while highlighting the success of our community trust, particularly Team Talk and our women’s team. He also proudly played a part in the development and ongoing success of Cappie’s Corner – set up as a quiet space from which to watch matches at Cappielow, for those who may need it.
