Skipper Lee over the moon to end injury agony

Lee Kilday has revealed that it was an incredible feeling to make his playing comeback on Tuesday night after his career was left hanging in the balance by a serious ankle injury that saw him sidelined for 10 months.

Club captain Kilday underwent two operations to address the problem and eventually made his return to action with a 45-minute run-out in an Under-20s game against East Kilbride.

Here he talks media and communications officer Jonathan Mitchell through the emotions that accompanied almost a year of injury hell, his recovery and finally pulling on the jersey again in midweek.
