Ricki: Shutout was Par-fect after Falkirk failure

Defender Ricki Lamie has admitted that Saturday’s shutout away at Dunfermline Athletic was the perfect antidote after a subpar performance against Falkirk seven days earlier.

Centre-half Lamie has been one of the Ton’s most consistent performers this term but confessed to falling way below the standards he has set for himself against the Bairns, a match in which he gave away an early penalty.

And so the 24-year-old was thrilled to help his side to cleansheet and a decent point against promotion play-off rivals Dunfermline this past weekend.
