New media assistant at Cappielow

We are pleased to welcome Ewan Boyle to the backroom team at Cappielow after he was appointed as our media assistant last month.

The 19-year-old, who currently studies journalism and politics at Strathclyde University, has been writing up match previews, reports and updates that appear on our website and social media channels.

Ewan, pictured with first team players Bob McHugh and Reghan Tumilty, has been a lifelong fan of the club and will be updating the supporters on all things Morton as well as bringing some new ideas to the club’s media in the coming months.

Chief executive Dave Mackinnon said: “I’m delighted that we have Ewan on board at the club as he’s very passionate and brings a lot of skills and qualities to the role.

“He comes to us as a supporter of the club and I have no doubt that he will use that in bringing out a lot of positive content for the rest of the supporters to read and enjoy.”
