Morton vs Hamilton | Supporters Message

Ahead of our first home league match this weekend with Hamilton Academical, we wish to share the below messages:

WELCOME HOME FOR THE LEAGUE
We look forward to seeing and hearing everybody at our first home league match and watching how Cappielow continues to be a welcoming and open environment for the Inverclyde community and beyond.

We encourage everybody to enjoy their visits to Cappielow this season and get right behind the team from the first minute.

SUPPORTERS GUIDES
Over the summer we have added a range of supporter guides to our website to help first-time fans, regular supporters and those looking for a point in the right direction.

SEASON TICKETS
Supporters who opted for a physical season ticket card and are still to receive it will be able to collect their card from the main office up until 5pm today or pre-match tomorrow from 11.30am.

STEWARDING & SAFETY
Remember stewards are there to help you. Should you have any questions or queries contact a steward during your time in the stadium and they can support you or seek the support you require from the appropriate person/people.

Stewards have a duty to enforce ground regulations and codes of conduct to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all so please comply with requests from stewards inside of and around the stadium.

PYROTECHNICS AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
The club reminds supporters that those who carry or discharge pyrotechnics and any other prohibited items will face the penalties in place, set by the governing bodies and Police Scotland such as stadium bans.

Specifically, pyrotechnics can be harmful to the health of those around them and can also be extremely dangerous when ignited.

UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT
A reminder to all supporters that unacceptable conduct will not be tolerated and will lead to ejection as a minimum. Cappielow should be a safe, welcoming and positive environment for all.

Those who attempt to enter the stadium whilst under the influence of drink and/or drugs will be refused admission.

Anybody who attempts to enter the field of play at any time will face a stadium ban. It is illegal to enter the field at any point and carries with it a large penalty.

Also anybody who throws items towards the field or individuals will also face the appropriate penalties.

CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OLD
Children under the age of 12 years old should always have a responsible adult in attendance with them.

CATERING
Over the summer the catering kiosks returned to the management of the football club and we are in the process of upgrading equipment and infrastructure in both the cowshed and main stand kiosks. During the process of our upgrading there may be some items not available for our match with Hamilton, but they will return ahead of our next home match. We thank you for your patience during this time.
