Millar apologises to fans for Ross County rout

Midfielder Chris Millar has apologised to the travelling Morton supporters who made the journey north to Dingwall for Saturday’s 5-0 defeat at the hands of league leaders Ross County.

A brutally honest Millar admitted the team folded in the face of the Staggies’ pressure and said it was an indictment of the team that they lost so heavily.

The veteran also insisted it is something they must rectify by showing the character that was lacking in the Highlands during tomorrow’s midweek fixture against Queen of the South in Dumfries.
