John Tennent recalled from loan

Defender John Tennent has today been recalled from his loan spell at Lowland League outfit Cumbernauld Colts after just over two months at Broadwood.

The 19-year-old, who has still been turning out for our Under-20s and scored a double in Sunday’s 10-1 rout of junior outfit Banks O’ Dee in the Scottish Youth Cup, made five starts and one substitute appearance.

Youth academy product Tennent has made one senior appearance to date, coming on as a late sub in last season’s 3-1 loss to Rangers at Ibrox on Friday 11 March.
