Cammy MacPherson joins the Ton

Greenock Morton are delighted to announce the signing of Cammy MacPherson on a one-year deal.

The midfielder joins the club following his release from St. Johnstone this summer.

The 26-year-old has built up a wealth of experience in the Scottish Premiership, having played over 160 matches across spells with St. Mirren and St. Johnstone, before spending the second half of last season on loan at USL Championship side Tampa Bay Rowdies.

Cammy has received the necessary SFA approval and international clearance and is available for selection for today’s match against Queen’s Park.

Dougie Imrie commented, “Cammy is a proven ball-playing midfielder at Premiership level in Scotland, and to secure his signature is a huge boost to the team. He is still just 26, but he brings even more top-quality competition to the squad.”
