Docherty signs first professional contract

We are pleased to announce that youth academy graduate Blair Docherty has signed his first professional contract, committing himself to the club until 31 May 2017.

The Greenock-born Largs lad joined our set-up at Under-15 level after departing Rangers in February 2014 and spent two seasons at 17s.

Midfielder Blair, 17, then made the step up to Andy Millen’s development squad in the summer and earned his full-time deal after impressing in training and with his performances for the Under-20s.
