Arbroath host Morton tomorrow night with the two sides taking centre stage in front of the BBC Scotland cameras.
The Ton make the trip to Gayfield on the back of a 0-0 draw at home against Partick Thistle which saw the Cappielow side pick up their ninth clean sheet of the season. With a run of just one defeat in the last seven games, Dougie Imrie’s side will be confident of picking up their first win against Arbroath this season. Still fighting for the top four, a win tomorrow night would take the Ton into third place heading into Saturday.
Dick Campbell’s Arbroath side find themselves in a fight for safety at the bottom of the Championship currently sitting two points behind ninth place Hamilton. The Red Lichties are currently on a run of three consecutive draws with their last two outings finishing goalless against Hamilton and Partick Thistle. A win tomorrow night would lift Arbroath off the bottom of the table and into eighth with games still to be played across the weekend.
