The Chairman’s Challenge

In November of 2015 Mr Rae threw down a challenge in the match day programme for our supporters.

The challenge was to guess four Scottish Senior League sides who would do well with competition in all four Leagues ensuring that it would go down to the wire before the winners could preen themselves for celebration. How many fans would be able to predict the winners of all four Leagues? Fans were asked to send their predictions to the Chairman at Cappielow and to the first 10 who had the correct answers he would give ten crisp fivers. Entries were to be in by 30 November 2015.

Well there have been no winners who got all four correct although there were ‘near misses’, in light of the popularity, we will be running the competition again in the coming season, look out for the form in the match day programme – entries must be on the form from the programme, photocopies will not be accepted.
