Fergus Owens signs on a short-term deal

Greenock Morton are delighted to announce the signing of Fergus Owens on a short-term deal until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old defender joins from Hamilton Academical, where he has made 41 appearances, gaining valuable experience in both the William Hill League One and William Hill Championship.

SFA approval has been granted, and Fergus will be available for selection this evening against Arbroath.

Fergus will wear the number 25 shirt, and everyone at Cappielow welcomes Fergus to Greenock Morton and wishes him every success during his time at the club.
