Tomi Adeloye is staying at Cappielow

Greenock Morton are thrilled to announce that Tomi Adeloye has signed a contract extension with the club.

The 29-year-old frontman had an instant impact when arriving at Cappielow last season, scoring in his second appearance and went on to score 3 goals in his 10 appearances.

Tomi will wear the number 9 shirt and will be available for selection in tonight’s match.

On securing his third signing of the day, Manager Dougie Imrie said, “I am delighted to secure the signature of Tomi, we have fended off interest from numerous clubs for his signature and we know what he can bring. It’s unbelievable to have Tomi return to the club, he is a natural goal scorer and brings a real presence at the top end of the pitch.”
