Important Season Ticket Information

We would like to provide a short update to season ticket holders regarding physical cards.

We have a number of cards still waiting to be collected from Cappielow. If you are a season ticket holder still to collect your new card it is available to pick up from the stadium office.

A recurring issue that we have been experiencing on matchdays is season ticket holders arriving with old cards that do not work with our new scanners. Please be aware that with the new Fanbase ticketing system, all renewing season ticket holders must either have a Fanbase QR code on their phone or arrange to collect/have delivered a new card if they have not done so already.
