Erskine announced as new Away Kit sponsor
Following the launch of our new home kit earlier this week, we are today excited to announce that Erskine are the new sponsor of our away kit for the 2023/24 season.
Erskine provides unrivalled support to Veterans in Scotland, through three care homes and a Veterans Village, comprising of 44 cottages, an Activities Centre, five Assisted Living Apartments and 24 Transitional Supported Apartments.
Thanks to the support and generosity of Dalrada, the club are delighted to have the charity’s logo represented on our away kit.
Speaking on the announcement, Club Director, Ross Gourdie said, “The club are very excited to announce our new partnership with Erskine Veterans Village.
“After visiting the village and getting to meet some of the excellent staff and volunteers, it was clear to see the wonderful caring environment they’ve created.
“Being an ex-serviceman myself I was very impressed with the help and support they provide to all their residents no matter what their age or their military background.
“For me, it was an easy decision for the club to donate the front of the away jersey to promote a very worthwhile charity.”
Erskine Chief Executive, Ian Cumming MBE said: “Erskine is delighted to be embarking on a partnership with Greenock Morton Football Club.
“As one of the oldest senior Scottish clubs it is very well known to our Veterans past and present. We look forward to seeing the new season’s football shirts and no doubt many Erskine Veterans will be heading down to Cappielow Park to see them in person”.
