Ross Dunbar joins as Head of Commercial
Greenock Morton can today announce the appointment of Ross Dunbar as the club’s new Head of Commercial.
Ross arrives at the club with experience in both German and Irish football, having had spells at Union Berlin as Head of Digital and Digital Media Manager and at Shelbourne as Deputy CEO.
Starting in the role this week, Ross will be responsible for the commercial, marketing and communications elements of the club, and will work closely with the Board and staff at the club to help build on and develop the good work that already takes place in these areas via Gareth and Mark.
Club Director, Graham Barr, said, “We are delighted to be bringing Ross on board this week and believe he will add real value in helping us drive the club forward off the park.
“The club has made real positive strides under community ownership, and we believe the appointment of Ross in this new role will help elevate our commercial offering and further improve the marketing and communications coming from the club.
“We are all looking forward to working with Ross and would like to take this opportunity to welcome him to Greenock Morton.”
New Head of Commercial, Ross Dunbar, added, “I’m excited to be part of the club. There’s been huge progress on and off the park, including the great performances on the pitch. It’s clear we are all working towards the same goal: to make community ownership a success for Morton.”
