Aidan earns first Scotland Under-21 call-up
Loan winger Aidan Nesbitt was today named in his first Scotland Under-21 squad for their upcoming UEFA European Championship qualifiers against Iceland and Macedonia.
The 19-year-old joined the club on a temporary transfer from Celtic on 9 August and will be with us here at Cappielow until the beginning of January.
Nesbitt, who has made five starts and two substitute appearances in the blue and white hoops in all competitions thus far, has represented his country at Under-16, Under-17 and Under-19 level.
And he has now been included in Scot Gemmill’s 21s squad for the following matches:
