How do I buy a match?
Go to https://gmfc.net/shop/ and add the match to your basket.
At checkout you can log in to your account if you already have one, if you have purchased a match previously you will already have an account. If you do not have an account, one will be created for you at the end of checkout.
If you are a season ticket holder and the match is included on your ticket, click the “Have a coupon?” link to enter your unique code.
Once checkout is complete you can view the match straight away by agreeing to the terms and clicking the view button.
You can view your purchased matches by logging into your account and click the My Matches link.

How many devices can I view on?
You can only watch the live match on one device at any one time. If you sign into an additional device and try to view the live match you will be logged out of the first device. Likewise, if you share your login details and someone else logins in at the same time as you it will end your live match broadcast.
What devices can I watch the live match on?
Computers and laptops: You can watch the live match on an up to date computer or laptop. Make sure your browser is up to date and has JavaScript enabled. We recommend using Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari to view the match. If you are having issues viewing the match on one browser please try a different one.
iPads and iPhones: You much have iOS 11.3 or higher installed and use Safari or Google Chrome to view the live match.
Android: The live match will work on most modern, up to date Android devices, including phones, tablets and smart TVs.
Which devices can I NOT watch the live on?
The live match is not guaranteed to be viewable on gaming consoles such as PlayStation and X-Box.
Can I watch the live match on my smart tv?
This depends on the TV. Some TVs might work, we recommend trying to download Google Chrome to your TV. The most reliable way to view on the match on your TV is to connect it to a laptop with an HDMI cable.
Can I watch the live match on a tv channel?
No. The live match will not be available on a TV channel.
Can I screen share / cast the live match to my Smart TV?
Yes. You should be able to screenshare using a device like Chromecast or Apple TV. This will depend on the device you are casting from. The most reliable way to view on the match on your TV is to connect it to a laptop with an HDMI cable.

What matches can are included with my season ticket?
You will be able to watch games that would usually be included in your season ticket for free, you will receive a unique code which you will need to apply during checkout. Betfred Cup and Challenge Cup matches will be available to season ticket holders on a Pay Per View basis.
Will my season ticket code be the same for every league match?
Yes. So please keep this safe and do not share your code.
How will I view the live match on match day?
Login to your account at https://gmfc.net/my-account/ and go to My Matches. You will need to agree to the Terms and Conditions before viewing the match.

Closing other browser tabs and programs while watching the match can help. It might also help to use an Ethernet cable rather than WiFi to connect to your modem.

How can I check my device/connection is adequate for streaming?
The live match stream may be prevented by firewalls and ad-blocking software, check with your network administrator. Make sure your browser has JavaScript enabled.
Can I use a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxies to watch the live match?
No. This can cause the stream not to function.
Will I able to watch the live match outside the UK & Ireland?
Yes.
When does the stream start on a matchday?
The stream will start around 30 minutes before kickoff.
If I miss kick-off can I start watching the live match after it has started?
Yes. You can login and start viewing the match at any time until the end of the event.
