Crighton hopes to prove potential in new post
New head of the youth academy pathway Sean Crighton hopes to prove his coaching potential after the club showed faith in his abilities by promoting him to the important post.
The former Ton defender will oversee the Under-13 to Under-18 age groups and aims to live up to the expectations that he believes chief executive Warren Hawke and director of youth Derek Anderson have for him.
Centre-half Sean will combine the role with playing part-time and expects to be extremely busy, although he insists wouldn’t have it any other way.
