Goalkeeper Brendan Pearson has today been allowed to leave the club following termination of his contract by mutual consent.
The 22-year-old former Newcastle United youth was signed following a successful trial stint in January this year and made a number of appearances for John Sutton’s reserve squad before picking up an ankle injury at the end of last season.
Pearson’s deal was set to expire in June 2020 but he will now depart with immediate effect. Everyone at the club thanks Brendan for his efforts in his time at Cappielow and wishes him the very best for the future.
