Mark McNally has been appointed as the club’s new assistant manager.
[img]/content/images/news/MMcNally.jpg[/img]Mark, who worked with new manager Allan Moore at Stirling Albion, is coming to the club on a three-year contract.
He said: “I am delighted. When I was with Stirling Albion, I played against Morton many times. The club has a big fanbase, the stadium was improving every time we came down and the chairman is ambitious.”
Mark had more than 100 league appearances as a defender for Celtic between 1987 and 1995.
He later played for various other clubs including Southend Utd, Stoke City, Dundee Utd, Partick Thistle and Clydebank.
Mark had five years playing and coaching with Allan Moore at Stirling Albion.
He left Stirling to become technical development officer at the Scottish Football Association helping to train youth coaches.
Mark said: “That has been an eye opener for me and I hope to bring that experience to the club
